皇马渔具的设计师初期入威海市老字号渔具集团实习两年，继而转入其他合资工厂涉猎台湾、日本等加工工艺，而后在某欧洲工艺体育用品独资工厂潜心研究并负责创作设计六年之久，于2010年创立了皇马渔具。皇马渔具的精髓是以马的拼搏精神来缔造的品质，渔具的设计继承了意大利的典雅，并融入了中华民族不屈不挠、气势磅礴的奔马精神，整个钓具线条均匀细致、自然流畅；挥洒起来绵远悠长、意趣横生。
